Anna S. Terry has successfully been a multimillion dollar producer in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area since 1995. Anna’s prior expertise was in the field of Tax Accounting. This knowledge has allowed her to fine tune the financial details of each transaction to the benefit of her seller’s and buyer’s.
Anna decided to enter the field of real estate as a newly licensed Broker in 1995. She became obsessed with her career in real estate. Quickly excelling into consistent high levels of production Anna’s career took off.
Anna’s real estate career continues to grow with her dedication to client service and continuing her educational growth in real estate. Successfully obtaining her Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), successfully attending and completing the Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), and finally achieving the highest level of recognition with the professional designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) has given Anna an edge in assisting her clients. Additionally, Anna has been an active member of the Durham Association of Realtors, served on the Educational Committee, the Grievance Committee, and currently the Professional Standards Committee. Additionally, trains new agents in the areas of Fair Housing and Antitrust guidelines for the Durham Association of Realtors.
